A way for you to access Instagram and use it on desktop.

Generally speaking  Instagram is designed to be only used on mobile devises although, there are ways to make Instagram and all of the features available on desktop (laptop and computer) rather than only through the app on mobile / smartphone and other handheld tablets of different operating systems. 


There is an extension called Desktopify that is available for free on Chrome Web Store.

Once you get onto the above page you can click on the 'Add To Chrome' 

The above pop up will be on the screen and click on the 'add extension' 

A  pop up will then be on the screen letting you know that the extension has been added to your chrome browser  and you can now find it listed in your extension for the browser. 

Your extensions list can be can be found on a chrome browser by clicking on the puzzle piece icon at the top of the page beside your Google user photo on your search bar.  

This is only 1 extensions that can be used to access Instagram on Chrome browsers:

There are many others that could be considered installing on your browsers to enable them to allow you to access and use Instagram on your desktop and Desktopify is only one option and a lot of them for free.  

I hope this blog helps you to use Instagram on your laptop and / or computers (desktop).  

This while not specifically to do with marketing. It may be able to help with you and your companies marketing if you utilize the platform for business and also for your personal account and want to have another option other than using it only through your mobile devises.
