There are many companies that use Chatbots in this day and age and there are many free tools that you can use to create these.
In this case you don't need to be an expert in computer science, codding or a background in Information Technology (IT).
There are no-code options available that allow you to create websites, applications (Apps) although, this particular blog doesn't cover that. This is just to highlight 10 chatbot builders that are completely free or at least have free plans available or a free trail.
These tools can allow you to do many things although, they can be limited and you would also need to have customer agent in your company to take over when it reaches that stage when the chat bot can not answer the question or can not close the sale or make the booking or complete the sales process or booking process or for other reasons as usually they can only answer a number of pre-defined questions.

These are only 10 free options that are listed above and so, if you think that these particular chatbot creators are for you and what your business and marketing needs. I would recommend try the free version first and of course as all marketers know. Do your market research and see which other options are out there and decide what is within your budget and what is required for your marketing efforts. A couple of ways these chat bots could be used is in carrying out surveys and highlighting and marketing your particular products.
